The perception of physical appearance has changed over the centuries and is likely to continue to change, but what remains is the beauty of a healthy human body. Most internal organ problems will sooner or later manifest themselves externally.


And for a lot of trouble, how else, we can do it ourselves. An unhealthy lifestyle works wonders with the body. On the other hand, it's actually good news, there's always a relatively easy way to change.

Varicose veins, among other things, result from unhealthy diets, lack of exercise, obesity or smoking. However, we can also attribute a certain share of their origin to natural life situations - pregnancy or aging and hereditary predispositions.

Unfortunately, purple quarrels winding down our feet are not only an aesthetic problem, but mainly a health one. Varicose veins are caused by insufficient blood flow from the lower part of the body towards the heart. This creates pressure under which the veins dilate and weaken. The valves do not adhere to the venous wall and cannot prevent the blood from flowing back, which is insufficiently oxygenated. If the problem is not solved, there is a risk of thrombosis and leg ulcers. Symptoms include a feeling of heavy legs, burning of the lower limbs, night cramps. 

The obvious, mostly necessary and relatively easy solution is the so-called sclerosing. A surgical method in which a substance - a fluid or foam - is introduced into a vein by injection, which eventually causes the vein to be absorbed.

But it will also be necessary to change the approach to life, eating and exercise.

Marching entrance and feet up. That's right, we must not neglect movement or relaxation. The most ideal is ordinary walking, which is great - a hobby that costs nothing, we can start anytime and anywhere, regardless of age and physical fitness. And work will be followed by a well-deserved reward. We support the legs, supported so that they are higher than the body, with one of the products that supports the flexibility and strength of the blood vessels.

Recommended movements include swimming or pedaling water in the bathtub. Water naturally lifts the body, so we exercise without burdening the joints or muscles in any way. In general, calm, undemanding movement is better than strength sports, which can worsen the condition of varicose veins.

The method of showering your feet alternately with hot and cold water is also well known, you should always end with the cold one. I also recommend comfortable clothing that does not fit snugly, especially in the waist and legs.

 Prepare a fruit-vegetable snack with you for a walk - routines also known as vitamin P are found in most red fruits and vegetables, citrus, but also apples, bananas, peaches, peppers, beets and more. His superpower is the art of strengthening blood vessels and increasing their flexibility. And that's exactly what we need.

Probably the most well-known source of routine, however, is buckwheat. Its use is really varied from the flower through the fruits to the skins of them. Tea is made from flowers and skins. Naturally gluten-free buckwheat is, despite its specific taste, a popular raw material in celiac cuisine, but also in the others. Following the example of our ancestors, we can prepare porridge, pancakes, thicken with it or add it to various vegetable and meat mixtures and salads. 

The autumn walk is tempting to browse in a layer of colorful leaves. Occasionally bend for reddish-brown chestnuts, but instead of animals, make a tincture from them. It has great effects on blood vessels and veins, it is added to tinctures and ointments intended for the treatment of the circulatory system.

I have to see if I missed garlic in any of the articles, you just have to have this vegetable on hand at all times. When treating varicose veins, try to combine its strengths with the effects of citrus in a massage tonic. Then regularly use it to rub the affected areas. Just mix the crushed garlic with olive oil and orange or lemon juice, after 12 hours strain the mixture. Store refrigerated for a maximum of 2 days.

Even if the ground is already waking up, you may find some potatoes or cabbage in the cellar, try it with them as well. Remove the cabbage leaves from the broom, lightly grind them with a rolling pin and cover the legs with them. And then take a four-hour break, ideally with your legs folded, to relieve them as much as possible.
Potatoes can also soothe sore legs, again lined with grated tubers. 

Add cayenne pepper to your meals until it's still warm. You will not appreciate its warming abilities in the summer, but it lowers blood pressure, has an anti-inflammatory effect and strengthens the venous walls. 

Of the herbs, I also think of using marigold, because it soothes as a poultice of freshly crushed flowers and just a decoction of them and cleanses the liver in the form of tea. 

Did anyone advise you to drink red wine in small quantities? I will probably disappoint you, resveratrol, which allegedly has a positive effect on the condition of veins and blood vessels, disappears almost immediately after opening the bottle, and even the results of studies have not clearly shown its effect. If you want to stay with the wine, a decoction of young leaves as a bath will be the right choice.

I will return to the very beginning of the article - problems with venous circulation may be related to the liver. They are not only the purifier of our body, they also participate in hematopoiesis and are also a reservoir of this life-giving fluid, they also affect the blood circulation. The coming spring is the most ideal time for their planned cleansing and regeneration.

I do not use much aromatic rosemary in the kitchen, but as a hair rinse or liver cleanser, it is excellent. Like coffee from chicory or dandelion (medical cream) - both bitter roots contain inulin, a fiber that helps lower cholesterol in the body. At the same time, as a prebiotic, it regulates digestion, facilitates emptying and supports immunity.
